In the past few years, CrossFit has introduced variations on traditional jump rope, hand stand push up, muscle-ups and more. Might the one armed pull-up be tapped as the next pull-up progression for the CrossFit Regionals or The CrossFit Games?
This video demonstrates progressions and technique building to help cultivate this strength and skill, which will no doubt help in other skills such as rope and peg board climbs.
