Motivational entrepreneur bodybuilder Mike Rashid met up with the Barstarzz crew for a killer calisthenics WOD and managed to get his first ever bar muscle up in the process. Do you guys think you could hang in this workout?

– 10-8-6-4-2 – Dips and L-sit (seconds)
– 8 Switching Pull-ups (wide to narrow grip)
– 20 Clapping Push-ups
– 15 Window Wipers
– 30sec Half Burpees
