Mikko Salo is Still The Man… 12 Rounds of King Kong in 20 Minutes

After all these years Mikko Salo is still very much the man. King Kong is notoriously one of the heaviest CrossFit WODs out there, and instead of just stopping at the prescribed three rounds Mikko set a 20 minute timer and AMRAP’ed that bitch hitting 12 full rounds and some change.
