At only 24 years of age, Noah Ohlsen represents the next generation of the world’s top CrossFit athletes. What he may lack in experience, he makes up for with his enthusiasm and sheer determination. After jumping from lacrosse in high school to water polo in college, Noah Ohlsen claims that when he discovered CrossFit in 2011, he found his sport. At a modest 5’7” and 185 lbs., Noah can deadlift 465-lb. loads and back squats 405 lbs. with ease.
In 2014, he made his first CrossFit Games appearance finishing 8th in the world, drafted shortly after by the NPGL’s LA Reign for its inaugural season, and returned to the Games in 2015 to reclaim the same spot for the second year in a row. Noah recently earned a Masters in kinesiology and strength and conditioning from the University of Miami.
Noah is without a doubt one of the most well-liked athletes in the game today and looks to have a bright future in the functional fitness world.
