What’s Rich Doing? – Episode 1

Last month we posted that Rich Froning opened his training log to the public in his new online program “What’s Rich Doing?”, and apparently he will also release some videos showing what a training day is like for him. This first episode includes five workouts over a 12 hour period, including a six-hour drive to Rogue’s headquarters in Ohio and an overturned truck carrying part of his house.

Here’s the breakdown of what Rich did on October 7, 2015…

Workout 1: (9:15am)
5 Rounds
– 20 cal assault bike
– 20 push-ups

Workout 2: (9:35am)
5 Rounds
– 20 cal row
– 20 overhead squats (95lbs)

Workout 3: (9:55am)
5 Rounds
– 20 GHD sit-ups
– 20 hang cleans (135lbs)

Workout 4: (9:20pm)
– Interval rowing

Workout 5: (9:50pm)
– CrossFit weightlifting
