The guys at Calisthenic Movement put out a pretty good video that points out three reasons you can’t balance a handstand yet and gives tips on how to fix your mistakes. If you’re struggling with holding a handstand, check this one out…

2. Practice Proper Progressions
3. Stay Tight

We will add another tip of our own here: Make sure you fingers are slightly bent so you can use them for control. No flat palms and fingers smashed on the floor! Create some space under your fingers.
