A Doctor Visit with Sam Briggs

After competing at Regionals with a broken foot Sam Briggs has been doing everything she can to try to get back to 100% before the Games. Here’s an inside look at a recent trip to the doctor with the 2013 champ.



From back issues, knee aches, and a broken foot, Sam Briggs is no stranger to her physical therapist’s office. In preparation for the upcoming Games, Sam gets her injuries massaged, scraped, and x-rayed, and we’ve got a little taste for you to see what it’s like to maintain physical health at such an extreme level.
