“Competing has always been my motivation…” – Jonne Koski for Rogue

July 23, 2015

Jonne Koski came out swinging hard today at the CrossFit Games, taking first place in the swimming event, and eight in the sandbag event giving him the top spot overall going into day two. Apparently Rogue saw the writing on the wall because this video came out at the perfect time.

I just want to do as good as I know I can.”
