CrossFit’s “Fittest On Earth” Documentary Now on iTunes

February 24, 2016

The story of the 2015 CrossFit Games was told and portrayed beautifully in CrossFit’s new documentary, “Fittest On Earth.” It was released on iTunes yesterday as a $4.99 rental or $12.99 purchase.

We rented and watched the doc last night and loved every bit of it! However, we have to point out the elephant in the room… The film did not show or mention the women’s individual second place finisher Tia-Clair Toomey. At all. Not once. We know making a movie like this is a massive undertaking and we applaud everyone that was behind it, but we couldn’t make a post about the movie and not point this out.

In an empty gym I can make all the jumpers I want, but as soon as I have to direct my attention to a defender guarding me all of the technique I practiced tends to go out the window.
