The first CrossFit Open announcement (and the 2016 CrossFit Games season) officially begins in just three days. Each Open announcement will be streamed live, so here’s the scoop on how to catch the action as it unfolds each week…

Of course we will keep this site updated as much as possible with Open announcements, results, tips, and whatever else we can find.

With the 2016 Open just days away, Rory McKernan takes a moment to explain when and where to watch the Live Open Announcements. Tune in to games.crossfit.com at 4:45 p.m. PT every Thursday for the next five weeks to watch the pre-show in the Update Show Studio. At 5:00 p.m. PT, the show will join the athletes and go live from the venue for the official announcement of the workout.
