Inside the CrossFit Games Training Camp with Jason Khalipa, Miranda Oldroyd & NorCal CrossFit

September 02, 2015

“Team NorCal is like a bunch of high school students…talking about dongs and selfies.”

Armen Hammer caught up with Jason Khalipa, Miranda Oldroyd, and the NorCal CrossFit team as they were prepping for the 2015 CrossFit Games and the result is a great behind the scenes look at some of the world’s fittest.

The guys at FloElite decided to put out one of their “Going Team” episodes for free, and it definitely makes us want to see the others, but damn…we just can’t bring ourselves to pay for their subscription fee just yet! Maybe once we get our first advertiser on the site we’ll use it was a business expense and write it off. Maybe. The episode is rad though, so we really appreciate this freebie and suggest you guys give it a watch.

In Episode 3 of our “Going Team” series featuring the best CrossFit teams in the nation, we follow Jason Khalipa, who joined Team NorCal for the 2015 CrossFit Games season.

Join Armen Hammer as he hits the track, the pool, and the gym with Team NorCal and learns more about what it’s like training with a group of super CrossFitters just a few days before the start of the 2015 CrossFit Games.

In an empty gym I can make all the jumpers I want, but as soon as I have to direct my attention to a defender guarding me all of the technique I practiced tends to go out the window.
