Josh Bridges and Julie Abidgaard Win 16.4 (Full WOD Videos)

March 22, 2016

It looks like we are seeing a lot of new names at the top of the leaderboard this year in the CrossFit Open, and 16.4 is no different… Also, below here for the full 16.4 videos from the winners!

On the men’s side this week Josh Bridges completed 330 reps, which means he finished all of the wall balls on the second round—that also means his back held up to 110 deadlifts at 225lbs in well under 13 minutes! Ouch! This performance puts Josh in second overall in the world, just three points behind Noah Ohlsen who is in the lead.

A rather unknown name, Julie Abildgaard from Denmark had the best women’s score this week for 16.4 by completing 318 reps—43 wall balls into round two. Julie is now fourth in the European region while Jamie Greene leads in the worldwide Open.

With only one more Open workout in the 2016 season we are betting on thrusters and box jumps… What do you guys think?
