Julie Foucher is Back in Action with Squats, a Husband, and a Podcast

August 25, 2015

Julie Foucher has been a busy woman lately… She had surgery to repair her Achilles heal about 11 weeks ago that she tore at this year’s Central Regionals. She was spotted on Instagram yesterday getting back under the bar and doing some full squat snatches for the first time since the injury, so we are stoked to see her back in action!

During her down time she started a podcast called “Pursuing Health with Julie Foucher” where she is inspiring and empowering others to live healthier, more fulfilling lives. She’s already interviewed Rich Froning, Matt Chan, and a bunch of other really cool guests, so go check that out and give it a listen. It’s available on iTunes, YouTube and on her personal Website.

Rounding out the trifecta of Julie news today, she also recently tied the knot with her long-time boyfriend Dani Urcuyo, so a big congrats to both of them on the new chapter of their lives!
