The goal is to reach outside of the regular CrossFit world and test all that the fitness world has to offer. I knew yoga was something I could benefit from for multiple reasons. Just needed to find a studio and an instructor who’s style made me excited to do it….Ra Yoga and Mandy were exactly that.

In my quest to reach outside of the regular CrossFit gym, I headed to learn how to salsa at Herzog Dance Studios with Babette and Dimitri. The whole thing started when Mr Julian Alcaraz took me dancing…
