No Rep…NO REP! Man Claims to do 18,356 “Burpees” in 24 Hours

September 03, 2015

We may not be the brightest crayons in the box, but we’re pretty damn sure those ain’t burpees! Sure, different training modalities have different definitions of movements, but there’s no way in hell anyone is considering those things to be legit burpees.

Props to Mark Zarubi for trying to help out the SPCA, and sure 18,000 of anything would be a crazy workout, but we have to assume no one is hiring this guy as a personal trainer after this wacky stunt. We really hope the Guinness Book of World Records laughs at him too… He has no right gracing the pages of that glorious book along side the fat twins on the motorcycles and the lady with the long fingernails.

No rep Mark, no rep…

After this man did 18,356 burpees – breaking the world record – our own Dave Salesky KATU tried some in the studio.
