“One” – A Man’s Journey Through the CrossFit Open

February 10, 2016

This is a really cool mini documentary of an ordinary guy who decided to do the CrossFit Open and pushed himself past what he thought was possible. Even if your official score is literally “one”, it’s still worth putting in the effort.

It’s wroth noting that video was not made by CrossFIt HQ, even though it follows the same theme of “life is better with CrossFit” as a lot of HQ productions.

In this inspiring short documentary, an athlete competes in the CrossFit Open despite his relative inexperience and accomplishes more than he ever thought possible.
