One-Legged Adaptive Athlete Rakesh Maisuria Gives Us Some Daily Motivation

September 23, 2015

Rakesh Maisuria lost one of his legs when he was just nine years old, but these days he’s living life to the fullest, playing soccer, and even doing CrossFit. This short video is really well-made and nothing short of inspiring!

I train Rakesh at my gym who has only leg but still trains to the extreme. Motivation and Inspiration is when i see Rakesh, but more than that he’s a good friend! We made this video with Mischa Dols and hope it will inspire you 2! Doing football, Crossfit and more just with one leg. It gives you no excuse to say i can’t! YES YOU CAN!
