Joel over at AMRAP (As Many Reviews As Possible) breaks down two barbells from two different companies. If you’re an equipment tech head or in the market for a new barbell, you’ll definitely want to check this out!

A quick comparison (on iPhone, excuse the video quality, iMovie will not translate 60fps) I made of the American Barbell California Bar and Rogue Fitness Rogue Bar 2.0. Both are excellent quality barbells made in the United States and have almost identical specifications. I love my Rogue Fitness products but in this battle I have to give the W to the Cali Bar. It’s got a 28mm shaft, the sleeves are hard chrome, the whip is much better, and it’s got free shipping! I’m still a big fan of the Rogue Bar and if you like it, buy it. You can’t go wrong either way!
