Rogue is so Freakin ‘Merica! The Making of a Barbell, Extended Cut

August 27, 2015

A while back we were left with our jaw wide open after a quick 30 second commercial of how a Rogue barbell is made. Well now we are once again left in awe after this four minute extended cut of Rogue’s molten metal flowing goodness.

After you watch the video click on the Rogue site for some really sick behind the scenes photos of how their barbells are made.

A Rogue Fitness barbell begins its life in fire. From the foundry to the factory, molten steel is formed into columns, shaped into rods and machined to be the barbell we know and recognize. Whether it’s in your garage or on the competition floor at the CrossFit Games, each Rogue barbell is built by the hands of American steelworkers, machinists, and craftsmen. It is #roguemade.
