Sam Briggs Sets New World Record for 500m Row

Samantha Briggs just set a new world record in her weight class (133lbs/60.2kg body weight) for the 500m row, clocking in at 1:33.4. We just about passed out watching this video! Congrats to Sam, and we can’t wait to see what she does in the 2016 CrossFit Open!
