The First CrossFit Games Update Show of 2016…

January 19, 2016

One of the best ways to follow what happens during the CrossFit Games season (besides checking Break Parallel every day, duh) is to watch CrossFit’s “Update Show”. The first Update Show of 2016 has aired and the Open registration is live, so we are starting to get pumped for the 2016 CrossFit Games season!

Jan. 14, 2016 — On this edition of the Update Show, host Sean Woodland and analysts Tommy Marquez and Pat Sherwood bring us back into the season to talk about the biggest event in the CrossFit Community – The Open. The gang reaches out to past winners in the “Fittest in” category and talks to a law enforcement official about new additions to the category. Tune in to see Tommy and Pat’s picks for the upcoming Open challenge, Ro vs. Boz.
