Yuriy Belkin out of Russia weighs 223lbs and pulled a clean sumo deadlift of 921lbs—that’s more than four times his bodyweight! He made the lift without a belt and most importantly, while movie trailer music was playing and fire was shooting up all around him like he is a freakin’ superhero. (If only he had the Onnit x Marvel plates…) How do you say “badass” in Russian?
