Some people will argue that the peg board at the 2015 CrossFit Games was an embarrassment, but you can bet your ass that athletes will be practicing this throughout the year and will be ready for it in 2016…

When we saw the peg board event pop up at the Games last month we couldn’t help but wonder why athletes didn’t do a quick YouTube search for some how-to videos or training tips.

Not to worry though, we found a few videos to help get you started learning how to climb a peg board… You can thank us from the top of the podium in Carson next year.

Actually, we are pretty surprised there weren’t more clear instructional videos floating around, but we can’t imagine that will last long. Someone is bound to do a good one soon in response to the programming at the Games this year.
