In a little more than a week this video from CrossFit OnSide in Halifax, Canada has gone viral, reaching more than 6 million views on Facebook. Several news stations and websites have reported about it as well. Watch Lindsey Hilton who was born with only partial arms and legs take on the CrossFit Open 16.1 workout!
