Three Girls, One Clock – Dan Bailey Smashes Three Chicks at Once

November 22, 2015

Elizabeth, Isabel, and Fran are not WODs we want to mess around with on a regular basis, and we’d never consider doing them back to back. But then again we aren’t Dan Bailey… This is absolutely insane! Do you think you could hang?

Dan’s times were:
Elizabeth – 2;31
Isabel – 1:53
Fran – 2:52

During his training for the 2015 Reebok CrossFit Games, perennial competitor Dan Bailey completes three benchmark girls: Elizabeth, Isabel and Fran. This workout was very similar to the final event of the 2012 Reebok CrossFit Games.

Isabel
