The new Rich Froning documentary from CrossFit HQ was just released on iTunes, so it’s appropriate timing for them to drop another video showing a couple of his WODs. This one was (presumably) filmed while they were at Rich’s house when they were making the documentary and features two back to back seven-minute AMRAPs.
Following the pattern of 2-4-6-8, etc. reps, complete as many reps as possible in 7 minutes of:
Strict handstand push-ups
Rest 5 minutes
Then, following the pattern of 2-4-6-8, etc. reps, complete as many reps as possible in 7 minutes of:
155-lb. power cleans
Post reps completed for each couplet
